FAQ
- HOW DO I GET INTO THE APARTMENT?
Check-in is self-sufficient and contactless. The guests MUST have the "NUKI SMARTLOCK" app loaded on their mobile phones. With this, in combination with the previously sent codes, you can enter the building and also the apartment.

- WHEN WILL I GET THE CHECK-IN CODES?
The codes are automatically sent by "Nuki" by email. These will be sent to you around 24 hours before arrival. Please also check your spam folder. If no codes have arrived the day before arrival, please contact us immediately.

- CAN I GET INTO THE APARTMENT WITHOUT AN APP?
No! We are on site every day and usually have employees nearby, but we cannot guarantee that this will also be the case when you arrive. We can arrange a key handover for our guests on request. Please contact us.

- WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN TIMES?
Check-in from 3 p.m.
Check-out until 11 AM.
Other times must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

- LOCATION / WHERE IS THE APARTMENT?
The exact address of the respective apartment can be found in the description of the same. You should also be given the address again in the booking confirmation.

- ARE THERE TOWELS ON SITE?
Yes. We have a large bath towel for each of our guests and if you stay 2 nights or more, you will receive additional towels. Kitchen towels are also available in the kitchen. Special requests can be taken into account, but may be associated with extra costs.

- ARE THE BEDS MADE?
Of course, the beds are freshly made for you. Each guest receives a pillow and a duvet.

- IS THERE ROOMSERVICE DURING MY STAY?
The apartments are usually not cleaned as long as you live in these. For stays longer than 7 days, we are happy to have the rooms cleaned for you. Should something break: vacuum cleaner, broom and cleaning supplies are on site.

- WHERE CAN I PARK?
Talk to us and we will send you an overview. These maps/plans are also available for you in the apartments. We have free on-street parking spaces in the vicinity at all locations.

Respect in personal dealings and respect for our property.
The valuable furniture and furnishings should also be treated like this.

 - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
 - EVENTS OF ALL KINDS MUST BE NOTIFIED. These must ALWAYS be approved by us.
